Job Description & Responsibilities:-

• The Solution Engineer responsibilities include understanding requirements and developing solutions to meet those requirements. Our informatics solutions are a valuable component on top of our products that help to improve the customer experience and drive digital transformation of the lab.
• Understanding the specific needs and requirements of the laboratory.
• Configuring and customizing the LIMS software to suit unique laboratory processes or industry standards.
• Performing thorough testing to ensure that the LIMS operates accurately, efficiently, and reliably.
• Diagnose issues, report defects, and propose regression tests to discover reoccurrences.
• Documenting the entire implementation process, including configurations, customizations, testing procedures, and validation protocols.

Eligibility Criteria:-

• 0 – 1 years’ experience implementing laboratory informatics software (LIMS, ELN, LES, SDMS).
• Computer programming skills including C#, Phyton, JavaScript, Json, SQL and APIs is a plus.
• Good knowledge in Windows Operative systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum requirement is bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, IT or similar field and 0 – 1 year of suitable experience.

Required Skills Set:-

• Experience in GitHub, Jira, Azure DevOps and Confluence.
• Commitment to continuous learning.
