Efficiently handling both inbound and outbound calls while meeting critical metrics is essential. The candidate should possess a solid understanding of fundamental work theories, concepts, and processes relevant to their area of work. They will be responsible for investigating, prioritizing, and assigning jobs to the appropriate personnel in stores, ensuring the allocation of individuals with the requisite skills at the appropriate time. Prompt response to urgent situations and the ability to analyze root causes and handle initial level issues are crucial. Additionally, the candidate should exhibit the capability to make well-informed and timely decisions.
