Job Description

TCS Admin Off Campus Hiring is a recruitment program specifically designed for graduates with backgrounds in Commerce (B.Com) and Management (BBA, BMS) from the years 2022 and 2023.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Qualification: Candidates must hold a full-time B.Com, BBA, or BMS degree from the years 2022 or 2023.
  2. Academic Record: Consistent academic performance with a minimum of 60% or above (or equivalent CGPA) in Class X, XII, and Graduation.
  3. Highest Qualification: The course must be completed within the stipulated duration without any extended education.
  4. Education Gap: Candidates must declare any gaps in education, if applicable, with a maximum overall academic gap of 24 months until the highest qualification. Relevant document proof must be provided for verification.
  5. Backlogs: No pending backlogs are allowed at the time of selection. The course should be completed within the prescribed duration.
  6. Course Types: Only full-time courses are considered. Candidates who have completed their Secondary and/or Senior Secondary course from NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) are also eligible, provided the other courses are full-time.
  7. Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 26 years of age during the TCS selection process.
  8. Work Experience: Applicants with up to 2 years of prior work experience are eligible to apply for the hiring process.

  1. Facility management, cafeteria management.
  2. Vendor management, hospitality, annual maintenance contract management.
  3. Finance and budget management.
  4. Procurement.
  5. Dealing with statutory bodies and compliance management.

TCS iON is the test provider for the TCS Admin Off Campus Hiring process.

Test Pattern:

The assessment has a duration of 65 minutes and consists of three sections:

  1. Verbal Ability.
  2. Quantitative Aptitude.
  3. Logical Reasoning Ability.
