Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing and screening resumes from job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth process for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Candidate Communication: Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and addressing inquiries.
- Job Postings: Create and publish job advertisements on job boards, social media platforms, and the company website.
- Database Management: Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent acquisition strategies to inform the HR team.
- Onboarding Assistance: Help coordinate new hire paperwork and pre-boarding tasks.
- Reporting and Analysis: Assist in preparing reports on recruitment metrics and performance indicators as requested.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Core Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, high attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is advantageous.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact professionally with candidates and team members in a fast-paced setting.
- Desire to Learn: Enthusiastic about HR and talent acquisition, with a strong interest in recruitment and HR best practices.
- Time Management: Capable of prioritizing tasks, managing time effectively, and meeting deadlines.
- Confidentiality: Demonstrates a strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive candidate and company information.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous internship experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.) and sourcing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
