Qualifications

Academic Qualifications:

• Any degree (regular).
• 2018 to 2023 graduates with a minimum of 60% in all academics
• HSC is mandatory.
• No gaps of any kind.

Experience: 0-5 years of experience in relevant field.

Skills Required:

• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse workforce.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Flexibility to handle emergency situations or unexpected issues outside regular working hours.
• Demonstrated flexibility and readiness to work in different branches of the organization located in Chennai.
• Be willing to work in shifts as per the operational requirements of the organization.
• Be available to work on Saturdays as per the operational needs of the organization.
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
