The Ideal Candidate
As a QA Intern within our engineering team, you will be instrumental in maintaining the quality and reliability of our products through thorough manual and automated testing processes. Located in Gurgaon, this position allows you to work closely with skilled QA engineers and developers, contributing to a seamless experience for our extensive user base of over 100,000. This role provides a practical learning opportunity, combining manual testing with automation testing exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing to identify software defects and ensure high-quality product releases.
- Create and maintain automation scripts for regression and smoke tests.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
- Log, track, and manage defects using appropriate project management tools.
- Ensure proper documentation, review, and updates of test cases and scripts.
- Support the enhancement of testing processes and methodologies to elevate product standards.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge of manual testing concepts and test case design.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or Java for basic scripting tasks.
