Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls, addressing various issues such as product inquiries, billing, refunds, and more.
- Accurately update and input customer details and contact notes into the system(s).
- Resolve customer problems promptly and fulfill customer commitments.
- Coordinate with other departments when a customer call cannot be resolved at the first point of contact, such as conflicts related to billing or refunds.
- Meet and maintain required metrics and performance goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- High School Certificate (HSC) or Graduation.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient in spoken English with a strong understanding of American culture.
- Experience in delivering excellent customer service over the phone.
- Exceptional phone presence, with the ability to convey a positive attitude (people can hear your smile).
- Fluent comprehension and communication skills, with the ability to clearly express and retain shared thoughts.
- Ability to manage and maintain a steady communication pace.
- Strong ability to sustain active engagement during conversations.
