Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic Software Engineering Graduates to design, develop, and test software solutions.
Responsibilities include gathering user requirements, defining system functionality, and writing code in languages such as Java, Python, and .NET.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Participate in engineering tasks throughout the software development life cycle and implement software projects.
Write effective, scalable code and develop front-end/back-end components to enhance responsiveness and performance.
Integrate user-facing elements into applications.
Test and debug programs to improve existing system functionality.
Implement CI/CD by adopting DevOps pipelines and automating manual tasks.
Provide regular updates to supervisors regarding ongoing work.
Collaborate within and across teams, ensuring the appropriate sharing of resources and information.
Actively participate in project meetings and associated team activities.
Report any issues that affect task progress.
Must-Have Skills
Strong academic background with a minimum of 60% (8+ CGPA) scores.
Graduates in Computer Science, IT, or Information Sciences from the classes of 2022 or 2023.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
Excellent presentation skills.
Good understanding of programming languages like Java or Python.
Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and design concepts.
Understanding of SQL queries and database schemas.
Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.
Understanding of the software development life cycle.
Knowledge of various software development methodologies such as waterfall and agile.
Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting techniques.
Experience developing at least one coding project during high school or university studies.
