Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a functional expert in a global markets technology team, contributing to a multi-year transformational project.
Perform a global role with long-term involvement in large-scale initiatives.
Understand current legacy book of records and trading applications, guiding the team in modernizing them with the latest technologies.
Focus on identifying new functional enhancements required by the business, understanding existing applications, and leading the Agile team in building microservices-based applications.
Gain the opportunity to learn and work on State Street’s leading Securities Finance Enhanced Custody (Prime Services) platform, offered to institutional clients across 40+ global markets.
Collaborate as part of an Agile team, reporting to the delivery lead.
Define business and system requirements by facilitating user meetings, conducting interviews, developing use cases, working with SQL queries, and researching and resolving issues.
Participate in business analysis by documenting detailed specifications and preparing project documentation.
Analyze current processes, recommend solutions, and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency. Provide both technical and business knowledge to various stakeholders.
Collaborate with multiple teams to achieve the required functionality, working in an Agile environment. Coordinate with onsite Product Owners and Business users for analysis and implementation.
Work on a data warehouse application used for financial reporting and functional data persistence, conducting in-depth business analysis, participating in user/stakeholder JAD sessions, and applying robust data analytical skills using Oracle SQL within the securities lending business domain.
Eligibility Criteria:
Possesses deep domain knowledge in Capital Markets, Securities Finance, and Enhanced Custody.
Demonstrates excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Capable of independently leading the India Agile team, providing clarifications, conducting demos, and offering domain expertise.
Required to overlap with US teams, with work hours from 12 PM IST to 9 PM IST.
Experienced in working as a Business Analyst or Proxy Product Owner.
