About the programme :
This is 6-month Internship Programme gives you the opportunity to gain first-hand experience working on real-world problems, hone your skills, create lasting relationships, gain insights, and discover your strengths. Throughout the programme, you’ll acquire the skills for immediate success, as well as understand what’s required for the future as our industry and your career evolve. A strong performance on the programme could lead to a graduate job offer.
The programme will involve on-the-job training and an innovation project which exposes you to the inner workings of our business to provide real work experience.
You’ll be assigned a mentor to provide you with ongoing guidance and mentorship throughout the internship.
You’ll be involved from Day 1 in analysing complex business problems to arrive at innovative solutions, designing user interactions on webpages, developing front-end architecture, back-end website applications and building automation.
High performing interns will be eligible for placement in the Technology Graduate programme.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyse complex business problems and help arrive at technically innovative solutions.
- Design user interactions on web pages
- Develop back-end website applications.
- Develop front-end website architecture.
- Automation of test suite using Selenium
- Identify performance gaps in applications and tuning code to achieve desired performance goals.
- Collaborate with globally distributed agile teams
