• Drive productivity improvement initiatives that help to create efficiencies and reduce risk.
• Work with key stakeholders to ensure all deliverables are in alignment to the bank’s overall strategy.
• Able to collect, interpret and present data that supports key decision making.
• Define solutions that are in alignment to the long-term strategic goals of the HR business.
• Able to identify risks early and propose strategies to mitigate them in alignment with the overall bank’s and HR business strategy.

Academic qualifications :-

• SaaS Based applications
• Cloud Governance
• Human Resources Application / System domain experience (HRMS)

Knowledge, skills and attributes:-

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
• Must have good experience on Human Resources Application / Systems (HRMS).
• Able to understand business requirements and translate into actions / documentations.
• Good understanding of the SaaS / cloud-based applications.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure / architecture.
• Technical background in software engineering and delivery is good to have.
• Effective interpersonal, communication skills to articulate at different levels of organization hierarchy.
• Strong relationship management experience with influencing and negotiation skills.
• Creative mind – be able to suggest ideas and drive innovation.
• Able to priorities tasks based on urgency and importance.
• Strong organizational, time management and administration skills.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrable expertise with engineering tools such as, Jira / ADO, Confluence or similar.
