Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Product Management team to enhance product adoption.
Utilize product usage data to identify customer pain points and propose potential solutions to the product team.
Engage closely with product management and engineering teams to conduct research on new features, carry out proof of concept (POC) activities with clients, and benchmark against competitors.
Actively participate in continuous learning and collaboration within the team to develop best practices for product configuration. Gain direct exposure to working with major consumer, business, and technology brands worldwide.
Configure the Sprinklr product for different brands and industries, adhering to high standards of delivery and quality.
Work collaboratively as part of a team to comprehend product adoption across various brands and establish standard practices to enhance adoption.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
Possess 0-2 years of pertinent experience, coupled with an Engineering degree.
Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment, maintaining high standards of accuracy in both quality and quantity.
