Key Responsibilities:
Own interactions with stakeholders in terms of capacity, expense, utilisation, project management, reporting, and analytics. In collaboration with senior leadership team members, use your analytical and business savvy to provide data-driven judgements.
Work together to develop and improve the company’s strategic priorities with senior management and cross-functional teams.
Deepen and maintain your understanding of our target markets, products, and business model. Determine prospects for growth, potential threats, and improvement areas. Use an organised thinking strategy while resolving business issues.
Create a hypothesis, do rapid analyses, and concisely summarise your findings. To promote improved results, share the findings with the senior leadership team.
To gauge the effectiveness and impact of strategic efforts, establish key performance indicators (KPIs). Track and monitor performance indicators, and give senior management regular reports and analysis.
Prepare and assess data visualisations to aid with internal comprehension. Clear insights expressed in words. aid in the creation of executive-level presentations that summarise and provide strategic conclusions.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Master’s degree from a Tier 1 Institute
Preferred skills:
Demonstrated expertise in a fast-paced, dynamic industry as a strategy analyst, consulting analyst, or a comparable position.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with the capacity to analyse complicated data, spot trends, and derive insightful conclusions.
Excellent research and problem-solving skills, together with a focus on the small details.
Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and other analytical tools.
A plus is having knowledge of visualisation tools like Power BI and Tableau.
Excellent presentation and communication abilities, with the capacity to persuade a variety of stakeholders to accept difficult material.
Strong interpersonal abilities with the capacity to work with others and establish connections at all organisational levels.
The capacity to work autonomously, oversee many tasks at once, and adhere to deadlines.
