Key Responsibilities:
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:
Manage and update the Learning Xchange platform, including course uploads, learning path creation, and user enrollment management.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot LMS issues, collaborating with the corporate Learning Xchange (LX) team to resolve queries efficiently.
Support Content Development and Delivery:
Assist in the design and development of learning materials, such as presentations, infographics, and other training content.
Support the creation of engaging and accessible content tailored to the learning needs of various business lines.
Project Management:
Coordinate and manage learning projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
Ensure that learning initiatives are delivered on time and align with the objectives of the L&D team.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with L&D managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure the progress of learning initiatives as needed.
Serve as a point of contact for queries related to learning programs and initiatives, providing timely and accurate information.
Reporting and Analytics:
Generate and analyze reports on learning metrics, such as course completions, participant feedback, and other key performance indicators.
Assist in creating dashboards and presentations for senior leadership to showcase the impact of learning programs and identify areas for improvement.

Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree

Possess strong organizational and project management skills.
Technologically savvy and able to learn quickly.
Skilled in designing and developing learning content, including presentations.
