Key Responsibilities:

Core:

  • Actively support and participate in all Agile practices followed by the team.
  • Engage in chapter activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Continuously upskill to serve as a backup and effectively drive Agile practices within the team.

As a Member of a Feature Team:

  • Analyze the impacts of business requirements and provide guidance on options, risks, and associated costs.
  • Convert business requirements into user stories, adhering to best practices such as the INVEST principle.
  • Conduct research to identify whether existing solutions are available within or outside the business unit.
  • Motivate the team to find optimal functional solutions and facilitate activities related to solution discovery.
  • Understand technical constraints and actively participate in feature design discussions.
  • Evaluate the impact of product designs on the functional architecture of the information system (IS).
  • Ensure user stories meet the “Definition of Ready” criteria before development begins.
  • Assess the functional changes’ impact on existing production Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
  • Effectively manage stakeholder relationships and expectations.
  • Perform functional testing and non-regression testing to ensure quality.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for any production-related issues.
  • Possess strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between users and technical/functional teams to ensure alignment.
  • Assist the product owner and development team in prioritizing production incidents and enhancement requests.
  • Promote and maintain up-to-date documentation to share knowledge of local activities.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, a passion for technology, and the ability to quickly learn new concepts and systems.
