Job Description:-

• Snic Solutions is looking for a first-line Support Engineer, our first contact with customers, to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
• As a Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing frontline technical support to our clients, ensuring seamless utilization of our manufacturing software solutions.
• You will be responsible for promptly addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting software issues, and escalating complex issues to higher support tiers when necessary.
• Your objective is to deliver outstanding customer service and resolve technical issues promptly, thereby fostering positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Serve as the initial point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance with our manufacturing software solutions.
• Will provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Document and track customer interactions and issue resolutions in our support system.
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher support tiers or development teams for further investigation and resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, implementation, and product development, to address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Respond to questions, calls, and requests from clients, and work with customers to fully understand, troubleshoot, and resolve their needs.

Additional responsibilities in areas such as training or documentation will be assigned based on interest and initiative shown.
