Key Responsibilities:
Provide support for backend operations including support functions, JV processing, Workflow monitor, CCM & PEGA monitor, and handling email queries.
Engage in Savings coordination, analyze key figures, conduct budget/forecasting, and prepare management reports and presentations.
Generate and distribute management reports accurately and promptly.
Develop MIS documentation to ensure smooth operations and facilitate easy system maintenance.
Collaborate with reporting managers and business units to rectify issues concerning customer service delivery.
Continuously follow up and resolve pending queries while offering recommendations to enhance the current MIS for improved reporting efficiency and consistency.
Eligibility Criteria:
Completion of a bachelor’s degree with a minimum aggregate of 60%.
Preferred skills:
Proficient in collaboration and communication, with strong analytical abilities (preferred).
Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Possesses basic knowledge of Excel, VBA, and PowerPoint.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts or early morning shifts.
