Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily Customer/Vendor Creations and Modifications in response to both 3rd party and Intra-Company requests.
- Handle emergency requests when necessary and ensure timely processing.
- Communicate with requestors to resolve any discrepancies and provide support to the team when required.
- Demonstrate comprehension of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
- Uphold proper accounting principles and implement necessary controls to maintain accuracy and integrity in processing activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in understanding various quality methodologies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Willingness to adapt to rotational shifts for work flexibility.
