Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and resolve customer incidents by utilizing knowledge databases, including SAP Notes, solved incidents, documentation, and by verifying software customization entries and hardware parameters.
Report errors and identify potential resolutions, escalating to development support when necessary.
Provide consulting services to customers on procedural issues and queries.
Offer Mission Critical Support during scheduled weekend and evening shifts.
Share knowledge and collaborate within a global team.
Develop and maintain content for technical knowledge databases.
Create diagnostic tools and workarounds to address customer issues.
Develop supportability and analysis tools for customer use.
