Key Responsibilities:
Utilize analytics and technology to support patient care globally by driving data-driven decision-making.
Support the transformation of the commercial Insights, Analytics, and Data organization to enhance decision-making throughout the commercialization process, from business development to late lifecycle management.
Deliver high-quality outputs that support planning and decision-making across various functional areas, including finance, manufacturing, product development, and commercial.
Drive synergies across franchises, foster innovation, implement best practices, and create solutions that enhance planning processes with speed, scale, and shareability.
Assist the US-based analytics team by managing ad hoc and regular reporting requests.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all analytics and dashboard requirements by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain dashboards and metrics in accordance with requirements, ensuring data consistency.
Proactively identify analytical requirements and develop SOPs for dashboards and other analytical needs.
Provide training on analytical tools and their usage.
Develop advanced tools and automate or improve processes for analytical and other needs.
Ensure reporting and follow-ups on project management activities, including project resources, budget, and timelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Science, Operations, Management, Statistics, Decision Sciences, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Analytics, or a related field (e.g., PhD, MBA, Masters).
Excellent proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Up to 1 year of experience with analytical tools such as MS Office Suite, SQL, Python, R, and Power BI.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in data analysis tools or programs such as MS Excel, SQL, and/or Python/R/VBA.
Basic understanding of statistical concepts and methods.
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.
Knowledge of database querying languages such as SQL and Alteryx.
Ability to clean, manipulate, and analyze data sets.
Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques (depending on the job level).
Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts.
Experience with data querying and data extraction from various sources.
Problem-solving approach with attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings and insights.
Aptitude for problem solving and strategic thinking.
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable insights.
Basic understanding of the pharmaceutical domain, including therapy area product development, manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing functions, if applicable.
