Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Strategy Managers to address complex and high-impact challenges within the business.
- Contribute to defining and shaping Revolut’s long-term product strategy vision and overall direction.
- Perform advanced research and analysis on market trends, competition, customer behavior, and Revolut’s market positioning to generate actionable insights that influence product roadmaps.
- Identify opportunities for new products and features to drive Revolut’s continued hyper-growth.
- Enhance and automate existing business intelligence processes across the organization to streamline decision-making and operational efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduating in 2024 or 2025 with at least a 2:1 degree from a top university.
- Minimum GPA of 3.5/4 (US), 2.1 (UK), or 8/10 in other countries.
- Academic background in STEM or a non-STEM discipline with a quantitative focus, such as finance, economics, or business.
- At least 6 months of work experience (including internships) in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth tech company, preferably in fintech.
- Availability to work full-time for 6 months, with the potential for a full-time role upon successful completion of the internship.
- Legal working rights in the preferred country of employment (visa sponsorship is not available).
- Ability to break down complex problems into manageable components and a passion for working with data.
- Strong natural curiosity and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
- Interest in the financial industry.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, and/or R.
