The Role:

Razorpay is seeking an Intern for Startup Account Management to join our engineering team. This position is part of our “Resume with Razorpay” initiative, aimed at supporting women re-entering the workforce after a career break.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to onboard and support start-up clients, assisting them in achieving their financial goals using Razorpay’s products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the start-up ecosystem, including founders, investors, and decision-makers.
• Lead and manage a team of Account Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement and product enhancement opportunities based on client feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA is preferred.
• Experience in account management or business development, preferably in the start-up or fintech sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting targets and driving revenue growth.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a capacity for data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
