Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software for Qualcomm’s mobile chipsets based on cutting-edge technology.
- Work in multimedia technologies such as audio and video codecs, and image processing.
- Develop software for wireless modem technologies including 4G, WiFi, Bluetooth, and self-organizing networks.
- Work on platform-level software including Linux, Android, Windows, and Board Support Packages.
- Engage in IoT technologies for connected cameras, smart assistants, drones, virtual reality, and augmented reality.
Campus Graduates Will Be Working On:
- Development of real-time embedded software and device drivers.
- Mobile software development for Windows Mobile, Android, or Linux.
- Application of OS concepts and data structures.
- Programming in C/C++ and object-oriented design.
- Understanding and applying wireless network standards such as CDMA, GSM, UMTS, and LTE.
- Working with Linux/UNIX, Linux drivers, and Linux kernel development.
- Implementing protocols such as TCP, UDP, IP, SIP, and RTP.
- Developing multimedia technologies including audio, video, and imaging.
- Utilizing excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborating and working effectively in teams.
- Communicating effectively in both verbal and written forms.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Masters or Bachelors in Computer Science Engineering, Communication Engineering, or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE).
