Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and BI tools like PowerBI, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics.
Utilization of news monitoring and social monitoring tools such as Talkwalker, Cision, Meltwater, and Brandwatch to manage daily monitoring processes.
Application of enterprise productivity tools including Microsoft Office Suite, Google platforms, and other project management software.
Creation of automations to optimize processes using tools such as Alteryx and Power Automate, with a readiness to acquire additional analysis tools.
Understanding of the evolving communications and media landscape, B2B communications, and analytical methodologies.
Consistent delivery of work meeting the highest standards of quality and accuracy to uphold data integrity.
Organization and leadership of training sessions for team members on communication software.
Expansion and enhancement of knowledge in communication principles, technologies, and analytic practices through research, and sharing insights with the team.
Application of business acumen, analytical prowess, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient navigation of complexity and ambiguity, demonstrating resourcefulness to achieve objectives.
