Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone, email, and chat-based support requests from users experiencing issues with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies.
- Identify and diagnose problems, conduct research, provide resolutions, and follow up with users as needed, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team for further assistance.
- Log and track support calls in the problem management database, maintaining detailed history records and related documentation.
- Generate standard statistical reports, such as help desk incident reports, to monitor and analyze support activity.
- Collaborate with programmers to explain software errors and recommend necessary changes to improve system functionality.
- Test software and hardware to evaluate usability and determine if products meet user requirements and enhance workflow efficiency.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Up to 2 years of prior experience in a technical support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
- Prior experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on conflict resolution.
- Ability to manage a heavy workload and multiple projects while adapting to frequent interruptions and schedule changes.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
