Job Description

We are actively seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Advertising Expert to become an integral part of our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a keen interest in digital advertising, possess a fundamental understanding of advertising principles, and be eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Junior Advertising Expert, you will collaborate closely with the advertising team to provide support in the development, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns on diverse platforms.


  1. Develop, oversee, analyze, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta platforms.
  2. Develop, oversee, analyze, and optimize ad campaigns on Google, covering Search, Display, and YouTube.
  3. Develop, oversee, analyze, and optimize ad campaigns on various platforms, including but not limited to Bing, Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.
  4. Devise, execute, and analyze various types of ad campaigns with the aim of maximizing Return on Investment (ROI).
  5. Establish a transparent framework for measuring and reporting the outcomes of A/B tests and multivariate tests encompassing design and target audience.
  6. Utilize Google Analytics and other relevant tools to gauge the impact of paid digital activities and propose actionable improvements.
  7. Generate comprehensive marketing reports using diverse tools to articulate the impact of paid activities across multiple channels.
