Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigations on front-end applications by capturing information, applying fix tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally.
- Utilize backend techniques, including capturing log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and cycling servers.
- Document notes, activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles throughout the investigation lifecycle.
- Prioritize work based on severity to balance client and business needs.
- Collaborate within and across teams to ensure that issues are addressed by the appropriate individual.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A minimum of 0-2 years of experience.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, information systems, software engineering, or a related field.
Preferred skills:
- 0-2 years of experience in application support, client/customer support, incident management, problem management, and change management.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Willingness to work shifts from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities and adept at efficient communication with collaborators across various regions of the globe.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in incident management.
- Knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language).
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
