Key Responsibilities:
Enhance existing software applications to improve functionality and performance.
Develop and design new reports, including data extraction via SQL, data processing, and presentation based on specified requirements.
Gather and analyze project requirements, define the project scope, create work estimates, and plan and execute tasks effectively.
Manage client communications and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that requirements are met.
Participate in technical design discussions and collaborate on component-level design.
Perform debugging tasks, document root cause analysis, and provide resolutions.
Identify and recommend process improvements to support operations and the development ecosystem.
Provide support for software releases, ensuring smooth deployment and functionality.
Understand healthcare workflows and the Millennium data model to effectively contribute to related projects.
Be prepared to work additional or irregular hours as needed, in compliance with local regulations.
Adhere to corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand your role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any security breaches within your scope of work.
