Qualifications
- Bachelors in engineering (preferred in Mechanical Engineering/ Computer Science or allied branch)
- Basic knowledge on Programming Concepts (ex. VBA with Excel)
- Knowledge in Power platform development, viz. Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, etc.
- Proven record in documentation with strong interpersonal skills

Roles & Responsibilities:-
Position is responsible for getting trained while supporting engineering and non-engineering process automation. Liaison with stakeholders from various functions, understand their processes, gather requirements, and complete automation projects under full supervision.
- Needs to perform following activities under supervision.
- Get trained on Knowledge Based Engineering concepts and build understanding through assigned tasks and trainings.
- Work as knowledge-based engineer to gather and understand the requirements, perform feasibility, prepare execution plan, and deliver the tasks within estimated timeline.
- Develop customized applications Microsoft office desktop applications viz. Excel, Word, etc.
- Develop Power BI Dashboards for data visualization and analysis, Power Apps for user interactions and Power Automate flows for automating the regular tasks on office 365 platform.
- Follow Software development life cycle process to deliver the projects.
- Prepare work instructions, user manuals or any other documents related to job profile.
- Provide post-production support as required.
- Demonstrates high level of initiative to accomplish individual objectives assigned as well as team goals.
- Work towards individual goals aligned with department and organizational objectives.
- Comply to organizational HR policies and procedures.
- Understand and adhere to organizational HSE policies and practices.
- This position has NO direct supervisory responsibilities.
Skills Required
Other Responsibilities:-
- Carry out training/work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems.
- Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the Integrated Management Systems on the Company.
- Eliminate waste of whatever form, to suggest the use of more environmentally friendly substances and practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the environment.
Working Conditions: This position is considered OFFICE WORK which is characterized as follows.
- Almost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at night
- Occasional exposure to airborne dust in the workplace
- Work surface is stable (flat)
