Key Responsibilities:
Assign system-generated trouble tickets to Network Engineers for troubleshooting.
Monitor and ensure the stability of the network.
Establish, maintain, and enforce all processes and procedures for the Global Service Desk.
Collaborate with other Global Service Desk Managers across various regions.
Proactively address issues for priority customers, ensuring timely resolution.
Undertake any additional tasks assigned based on evolving business needs.
Oversee training and certification processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a focus on Computers, Electronics, Communication, or a related field.
Graduated or post-graduated in Science, Maths, IT, or related disciplines with pertinent technology experience.
Preferred skills:
Proficiency in Python at a basic or beginner level.
Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous, such as Bash, Perl, PHP.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent customer service, analytical, and organizational skills.
Willingness to work in a 24×7 rotational shift.
Ability to take initiatives for individual projects and collaborate effectively within a team.
