Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-performance, secure, and robust customer-centric solutions
- Work within a feature team to create complex software, scripts, and tools
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and business analysts across the platform
- Rapidly produce high-quality software that adds business value
- Participate in permanent teams responsible for the full software life cycle from development to decommissioning
- Optimize software engineering capabilities through collaboration
- Design, test, and implement working code
- Engage in all phases of the software life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and operations
Required Skills:
- Background in software engineering, design, and architecture
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
- Knowledge of Informatica Power Centre, PLSQL, and databases is advantageous
- Experience with code repositories, bug tracking tools, and wikis
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages
- Familiarity with DevOps and Agile methodologies and toolsets
- Capability to solve complex analytical and numerical problems
- Expertise in programming best practices, including scalability, automation, virtualization, optimization, availability, and performance
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
