Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry is completed within Service Level Agreements (SLA) based on priority and complexity.
- Operate in a highly sensitive data environment, maintaining strict adherence to Data Privacy regulations and confidentiality policies to ensure zero breaches of compliance.
- Propose solutions to process failures and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
- Independently address complex issues raised by internal or external partners, advocating for customers and influencing decision-making on deliverables.
- Provide global customer support by collaborating with internal teams or customers to resolve transaction issues, exercising discretion in handling exceptions.
- Contribute to the implementation of new business policies and processes, participating in process redesign and suggesting improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
- Act as a procedure expert in specialized support areas, offering recommendations on handling exceptions to ensure successful compliance with policies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (HR), Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred skills:
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in SAP systems, with a preference for the HCM module, Employee Central, and SuccessFactors.
- Experience in managing projects, process improvement, stakeholder management, and training others on processes.
- Flexibility to work across various shifts (e.g., 6:30 am – 3:00 pm / 9:00 am – 5:30 pm / 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm).
- Ability to handle sensitive information and make timely decisions that impact customer service levels with a sense of urgency.
