Key Responsibilities:
Assist in designing and developing solutions to meet business requirements.
Create and maintain documentation for solutions and processes.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system enhancements and ensure they meet business needs.
Contribute to the development of training materials to address user community requirements.
Act as a communication liaison between business areas and technical support teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business challenges and provide appropriate solutions.
Troubleshoot system processes and resolve ongoing issues, ensuring critical functions are operational.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for data assignment and the systems used to manage it.
Eligibility Criteria:
Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
Minimum CGPA requirement of 7.0 or above.
Knowledge and Capabilities:
Self-motivated and service-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent persuasive and diplomatic communication skills, including oral, written, one-on-one, and group interactions.
Proven ability to develop, document, and execute business processes and programs effectively.
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office products to support daily job functions.
Knowledgeable about enterprise programs and processes.
Demonstrates eagerness to learn new applications.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with enterprise applications such as Teamcenter, SAP, Salesforce, and Power BI.
Experience with SharePoint.
Basic understanding of data governance and data management activities.
