Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze requirements based on customer requests to inform application development.
- Design, develop, debug, document, test, and deploy applications to meet specified requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and developers throughout the development process.
- Work closely with Business Operations, Product, and Application Development teams, as well as other internal stakeholders, to ensure seamless application development and deployment.
- Train end-users on the usage and maintenance of newly developed applications.
- Implement third-party solutions and collaborate with the IT Procurement team to determine contract terms, support requirements, and training provisions.
