Process Name: Remittance SAP

Primary Internal Interactions

  • Communicate with Assistant Managers for reporting performance, handling escalations, seeking feedback and support, and facilitating associate development.
  • Engage with Managers to resolve unresolved issues and for monthly performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with Quality Compliance Analyst (QCA) for feedback and audits.
  • Coordinate with Trainers for pre-process and process training.

Primary External Interactions

  • Collaborate with MetLife Subject Matter Experts for information retrieval.
  • Engage with MetLife Subject Matter Experts to address work-related issues and escalated transactions.

Minimum Qualifications

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (any stream) or equivalent diploma with a minimum of 15 years of education. (Candidates with technical backgrounds such as B.Tech, MBA, BCA need not apply)

Minimum Experience

  • At least 18 months of experience in the BPO industry.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in computer navigation.
  • Typing and data entry skills (minimum 20 words per minute with 90% accuracy).
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles (preferred).

Process-Specific Skills

  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Strong comprehension of the English language.
  • Understanding of Insurance principles specific to the US Insurance industry.
  • Familiarity with US culture.

Soft Skills (Minimum)

  • Strong communication skills including reading and interpreting business documents.
  • Analytical and interpersonal abilities.
