About the Role

As a Business Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the reporting tools, methodologies, and workflows within your designated team. You’ll be tasked with generating weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics essential for business tracking and management. Handling multiple requests simultaneously, you’ll strategically prioritize them as needed. Your role will entail active collaboration with internal stakeholders across the organization to meet and exceed customer service benchmarks and transportation-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Additionally, you’ll brainstorm streamlined, scalable solutions for complex issues and effectively oversee projects within your domain. Cultivating strong user relationships and advocating for their needs will be pivotal, all while aligning with your team’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop algorithms to optimize demand and supply data.
  • Perform thorough data analysis and devise solutions based on insights gleaned.
  • Provide actionable insights to management and contribute to strategic planning efforts.
  • Investigate process defects by analyzing metrics, key indicators, and available data sources to identify root causes.
  • Support business development initiatives by crafting efficient designs and solution processes.
  • Assess resource utilization for maximum efficiency.
  • Research and implement opportunities for cost reduction.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 0-1 years of experience in Business Analysis.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel and SQL (mandatory), with Python proficiency considered a plus.
  • Understanding of fundamental statistics and probability principles.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving.
