We seek candidates who possess:

  • Proficient communication skills in English, both verbal and written (at B2 level – CEFR or equivalent).
  • 0-3 years of experience in voice/non-voice-based BPO roles such as Market Researcher/Search Engine Optimizer, Quality Analyst/Quality Controllers, Transcription (Medical/Legal/Business), Process Executives (Data), Document Specialist (e-Publishing), etc.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, and strong typing abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and a drive for continuous improvement and achieving results.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
  • A willingness to learn, collaborate, and exchange knowledge and experiences across different regions and teams.
  • A strong customer orientation.
  • Receptiveness to giving and receiving feedback.
  • Flexibility to work beyond traditional business hours.
  • While experience in design or graphics-related studies/employment is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
