Key Responsibilities:
Participate in ongoing operational activities, including deployments, monitoring, reporting, and patching.
Focus on operational excellence by collaborating with product and engineering teams to gather and deliver requirements.
Develop DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation in collaboration with global engineering teams.
Ensure that solutions are resilient, available, healthy, and high-performing.
Build infrastructure for quick deployment, running, and scaling of software in the cloud.
Complete documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance, and provide out-of-hours support via an on-call rota.
Eligibility Criteria:
Possess 1-3 years of experience in DevOps or Software Engineering.
Proficient in scripting languages, particularly Python and Terraform.
Experienced with AWS and/or GCP cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, GIT, build tools, and container development/deployment.
Familiar with cloud monitoring and alerting tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, and AppDynamics, as well as networking and OS fundamentals.
Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and accountability, with the ability to make decisions with limited information.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively, managing multiple project deadlines, and prioritizing workloads according to business deliverables.
