Key Responsibilities:
Participate in day-to-day operational tasks, including deployments, monitoring, reporting, and patching.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather and deliver requirements with a focus on operational excellence.
Develop DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation in coordination with global engineering teams.
Ensure solutions are resilient, available, high-performing, and maintain system health.
Build and maintain infrastructure to enable rapid deployment, execution, and scaling of software in the cloud.
Complete documentation for installation and maintenance procedures, and provide out-of-hours support via an on-call rota.
Eligibility Criteria:
2-4 years of experience in DevOps or Software Engineering.
Proficient in scripting languages, particularly Python and Terraform.
Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, Git, build tools, and container development/deployment.
Familiarity with cloud monitoring and alerting tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, and AppDynamics, along with networking and operating system fundamentals.
Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and accountability, with the ability to make decisions based on limited information.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively, managing multiple project deadlines, and prioritizing workloads based on business deliverables.
