The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Service Support Intern to deliver IT assistance and training to users across India and other regions. This position demands a customer-focused mindset combined with innovative problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, communicative, and eager to embrace new challenges. If you enjoy engaging in projects and solving technical issues, this role is perfect for you.

As part of the IT Employee Experience & Services Team, you will collaborate globally with various departments, supporting end-users and managing IT equipment at Logitech sites.

Your Contribution:

  • Offer IT support, training, and guidance to end-users on devices, applications, and processes.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems locally or remotely.
  • Facilitate IT onboarding for new hires.
  • Explore and recommend IT tools to enhance support for business users and internal teams.
  • Work with IT teams on system testing, integration, and maintenance.
  • Assist business teams with product testing.
  • Identify and implement improvements in technology and processes.

Key Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following skills and attributes:

  • Experience in desktop support for end-users.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting Windows 11, MacOS, and Microsoft 365.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in hardware installation, cabling, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • A customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of tools like MS Intune, Apple MDM, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced troubleshooting for printers and peripheral devices, including patch management.
  • Project management or design-thinking experience.

Education:

  • Completion of high school education is required.
  • Currently enrolled in an IT diploma/college program or seeking initial experience in the IT field.
