Lemnisk Off Campus Hiring 2024 – Software Engineer I
Position Title
Software Engineer I
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop large-scale subsystems
- Regularly explore new technologies (especially open-source) and create prototypes
- Collaborate in building the next-generation targeting platform
- Develop components to enhance the efficiency and scalability of the customer data platform
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in Java, algorithms, data structures, optimizations, and coding
- Degree in Computer Science or IT (B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech./M.S.) from a top-tier institute
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on algorithms, data structures, and optimization, along with proficient coding skills
- Solid understanding of databases, including SQL and NoSQL
- Familiarity with unit testing is a plus
Soft Skills:
- Keen interest in technology and its potential to create value in the marketing field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A collaborative team player
- Strong work ethic with a track record of exceeding expectations
