KPMG has an open position for the Analyst-ServiceNow role.
Candidate Responsibilities:
Documenting workflows and business analysis results, obtaining user sign-off on specifications.
Assisting the technical team in translating application functionality into application architecture and producing a business functionality requirements statement.
Communicating business directives, goals, and needs to the technical team, serving as a business interface for the operational management team, managing expectations, and defining business satisfaction metrics.
Designing and executing test plans to ensure proper implementation of business requirements and functional specifications, meeting ROI objectives.
Understanding long-term business objectives and proposing strategies to achieve them, introducing technological innovations to business processes as needed.
Assisting the enterprise’s business operations staff in developing content or other materials, recommending enhancements, and identifying new business requirements.
Applying knowledge of system capacity to determine project feasibility.
Keeping up-to-date with new hardware and software, recommending upgrades for efficient operation.
Collaborating with IT application analysts and programmers when necessary.
Analyzing department production and redesigning workflows when appropriate.
Developing, editing, and maintaining operating procedures and standards manuals.
Acting as a consultant to the enterprise in work measurement, system studies, or cost-effectiveness analysis.
Providing assistance to external organizations to improve internal procedures that could benefit the enterprise.
Candidate Requirements:
Preferred candidates are BE/BTech or ME/MTech graduates.
0 to 2 years of experience in IRM, GRC, Cyber SecOps design, transition, or operations processes.
Experience in business analysis and configuration or administration of IRM, SecOps modules of the ServiceNow Platform.
Understanding of Scrum Methodology.
