Serve as project team members involved in conducting process consulting, internal audit, risk consulting, and executing other GRCS solutions.
Consistently deliver quality client services.
Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are informed about progress and expected outcomes.
Demonstrate basic accounting and process-related knowledge, and the ability to assimilate new knowledge.
Stay current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge.
Be willing to travel to client locations within India and abroad as required by the job.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduates (BE/B.Tech, BCom, BMS, BBM, or similar degree) with 0-2 years of related audit, business, or sector experience.
Certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) would be an added advantage.
Preferred skills:
Basic understanding of process consulting, internal audit, and risk consulting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong data analytics skills and knowledge of advanced data analytical tools being an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well in teams.
Basic understanding of IT systems and proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
Ability to work under pressure, meet stringent deadlines, and handle tough client conditions that may require extended working hours.
Willingness to travel within India or abroad for extended periods.
Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and a strong work ethic.
