Qualifications
- Education Requirements: B. Tech – Mechanical Engineer
- Exp. Band: 0-3 years.
- Tools:
- Windchill PLM system.
- Knowledge 3D CAD Modelling-solid works.
Desired Profile:
- Candidates should possess good communication skills [ Verbal & Writing], inter personnel skills and good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, Good ownership & High Level of Commitment. Ability to manage and execute the Projects while dealing with all cross functional departments.
Key Knowledge / Skills Required:
Hands on experience of ” Refrigeration & Air conditioning ” product design and development and product testing (cycle balancing) for light commercial projects
Detailed knowledge/skills:
- Good knowledge of Ducted split air conditioner/Cassette Type air conditioner product development (Preferred).
- Good knowledge of New Product development-NPI process from ideation to mass production.
- Good Knowledge of Air-conditioning system & designing of Cycle Parts that include Heat Load Calculation, Compressor selection, Heat Exchangers, Cycle Balancing and Energy Efficiency.
- NPI documentation preparation
- BOMs preparation and 3D/2D drawings preparation and management
- Able to lead product development to meet product technical requirement with cost and timely manner.
- Good understanding of Indian and International standard related with Air conditioner experience in BEE star rating up-gradation and QCO related standards related to Room AC/ Cassette and Ducted Split products.
- Conceptual understanding of Thermodynamics & Heat Mass Transfer (Convective Forced & Natural) and Fluid Mechanics.
- Certification tests – standards know how, conduct, analysis, countermeasures
* Production line support – to stabilize mass pro of products. - Experience in generating new technology idea.
- Problem solving skills to improved product assembly line quality, field quality, product warranty claims etc.
- Should have Product benchmarking skills to generate organizational value.
- VAVE generation skills
