Job Description
Your Role:
Assist in producing visually appealing content, encompassing print materials, infographics, interactive PDFs, presentations, and other marketing literature.
Conceptualize and simplify complex financial information into visually understandable graphics.
Support the team with image processing tasks, including photo editing, image manipulation, and retouching.
Gain hands-on experience in creating multimedia content, including videos and motion graphics.
Familiarize yourself with Invesco brand guidelines and collaborate closely with the design team to maintain consistency and adherence to brand standards across all communications.
The Experience You Bring:
Understanding of design principles, typography, layout design, and color theory.
Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues across different time zones.
Possession of a portfolio demonstrating relevant design work and projects is advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well within a team and willingness to adapt to flexible working hours.
Academic Requirements:
B.A/B.Sc. in Visual Communication/Graphic Design (Batch of 2023).
Consistent academic performance with a minimum of 70% or equivalent CGPA/CQPI throughout 10th, 12th, or Diploma, as well as the undergraduate course.
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will participate in the Invesco India Technical Leadership Program (IITLP). The goal of IITLP is to cultivate future technology leaders who will assist Invesco in developing top-notch technology solutions to support global operations, spearhead innovative use of data and emerging technologies to enhance the investment experience, and aid our clients in maximizing their quality of life. For this position, you will be integrated into the Intelliflo/Digital Wealth Management team, collaborating with Product Managers, GTM team, Sales, and Technology team globally to conceptualize products and services and guide the Wealth Management Technology program.
Your Responsibilities:
Engage in mandatory classroom trainings and technology sessions, and participate in ongoing technical assignments, focusing on software design and development.
Contribute to the delivery of comprehensive technology solutions, specializing in one or more core capabilities such as application development, web development, solution design, or quality assurance.
Operate within a scrum model to strategize, design, execute, test, and deploy various technology solutions.
Rotate across different product teams within the department throughout the program duration.
Attend continuous cultural, technology, and process training sessions.
Collaborate with sponsors, mentors, business associates, and HR personnel to comprehend business objectives and deliver accordingly.
