• PRESALES (BID MANAGEMENT QUOTE PROPOSAL MANAGEMENT PRICING);
• LOGISTICS (SHIPMENT PLANNING -> INBOND -> OUTBOND LOGISTICS -> GOOD RECEIPT -> EXPORT DOCUMENTATION

   Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Consolidate data from multiple systems to facilitate inventory availability check and order entry.
• Perform various order management functions including order entry and expediting.
• Provided accurate order entry, change order and detailed telephone information while maintaining call center objectives and goals.
• Process a high volume of product orders via electronic distribution from order entry to shipment for revenue recognition.
• Plan and pro-actively manage through SAP the entire process of fulfilling customer contracts from Order
