Job Description
Responsibilities
Gather data from various systems to facilitate inventory availability checks and order entry.
Perform diverse order management tasks, including order entry and expediting.
Deliver precise order entry, change order, and detailed telephone support while adhering to call center objectives and goals.
Handle a substantial volume of product orders via electronic distribution from order entry to shipment to ensure revenue recognition.
Efficiently manage the entire process of fulfilling customer contracts from Order Entry to Collection using SAP.
Provide sales support with order management, including order entry and order tracking through SAP.
Oversee order entry, shipping, fill rate, and product availability for order management purposes.
Possess comprehensive knowledge of the SAP ERP system, including inventory, sales, receivables, and invoicing modules.
Demonstrate end-to-end expertise in the Export process system – from ERP to interfaced systems.
Display extensive knowledge of handling simple and complex contracts under order booking and management.
Educational Requirements Graduate degree.
Service Line BPO Service Line.
Preferred Skills:
Sales & Fulfillment (S&F) with expertise in ORDER MANAGEMENT & SALES.
Proficiency in presales activities like BID MANAGEMENT, QUOTE, PROPOSAL MANAGEMENT, and PRICING.
Knowledge of Logistics, including SHIPMENT PLANNING, INBOND, OUTBOND LOGISTICS, GOOD RECEIPT, and EXPORT DOCUMENTATION.
