Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and proactive Full Stack Developer to join our innovative software development team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in both front-end and back-end development, capable of building responsive web applications from concept to deployment. You will play a key role in the development and maintenance of our digital products, including web applications and services. This position requires a blend of development, design, and architecture skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Full Stack Development: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code throughout the entire software development life cycle, covering both front-end and back-end development.
• Front-end Development: Develop and enhance user interface components using modern JavaScript frameworks (such as React, Angular, or Vue.js) and web technologies (HTML5, CSS3) to ensure an optimal user experience on both desktop and mobile devices.
• Back-end Development: Create and maintain server-side logic, define and maintain the central database, and ensure high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests using languages such as Python, Go, or Node.js.
• API Development: Design and develop RESTful services and APIs for integration with internal and external systems using Python, Go, or Node.js.
• Testing and Debugging: Write and maintain test cases to ensure the robustness, usability, and reliability of software components. Debug and resolve issues across the entire stack.
• Performance Tuning: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, addressing and mitigating performance issues.
• Collaboration: Work with project managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs and provide input on the technical implications of design choices.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to enhance development practices.
• Integrations: Integrate various payment gateways (e.g., Juspay, Razorpay) and social authentication methods (e.g., Facebook, Google, Twitter).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating expertise in both front-end and back-end development.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies, including JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong experience with back-end programming languages such as Node.js, Python, or Go.
• Experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), web servers (e.g., Apache, Nginx), and UI/UX design.
• Knowledge of code versioning tools (such as Git) and experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team, and a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate technical challenges and solutions to both technical and non-technical team members.
