Business Analyst Intern (Remote)
We welcome applications from candidates available for a full-time internship lasting six months, commencing in January or February 2024.
InCore, an early-stage DeepTech startup founded in 2018, originated from the creators of the SHAKTI Processor Program at IIT-Madras, initiated in 2012. Currently, our primary focus lies in delivering top-tier RISC-V cores and solutions, addressing the needs of the Indian ecosystem and beyond. With our headquarters in Chennai and additional offices in both Chennai and Bangalore, we are at the forefront of technological innovation.
GOALS
The primary objectives for the Business Analyst Intern role are as follows:
Develop a profound understanding of InCore’s technology, products, and business within the initial two weeks.
Act as an operationalist, seamlessly extending the executive team by taking the lead in executing tasks on their behalf.
Facilitate the business team’s expansion into new market segments, identifying key targets, conducting market studies, drafting proposals, and formulating effective Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales and Marketing:
Identify new avenues of growth and build corresponding business plans.
Assist business teams in efficiently targeting new market segments and customers.
Contribute to business development activities by preparing pitch decks and proposals.
Collaborate on revamping the website for improved inbound traction.
Strategy:
Research and report actionable consumer insights to support key business initiatives.
Provide insights from key markets through primary and secondary research.
Assist in enhancing the team’s positioning through the creation of product collateral, brochures, etc.
Collaborate with the executive team to prioritize and assist in drafting grant proposals.
PREREQUISITES
Candidates should possess:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficient presentation abilities.
The capability to develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on thorough primary and secondary research.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), essential for creating market studies, presentation decks, and influencing internal buy-ins.
Knowledge of the semiconductor industry, VLSI design, or electrical engineering is considered a bonus.
