Job Description

Your Role and Responsibilities You will need to familiarize yourself with IBM consulting methods and frameworks to assist in delivering live engagements. As a Data & AI consultant intern, you will join the Data & Technology Transformation team for ISA, bringing consulting and advisory expertise. Your responsibilities will include actively participating in Data & AI live engagements with the consulting delivery team, contributing to the design, development, and delivery of Data & AI work products. You’ll be involved in live engagements focused on building next-generation Data & AI platforms to enable future-ready organizations. This involves covering the entire spectrum, from Data Strategy and Data & AI platform development to Data Governance and AI/ML-driven Intelligent workflows, along with related solutions. It’s essential to stay updated on industry trends and leverage IBM Consulting and offerings to address client opportunities effectively.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Familiarity with Python, Java, Spark, Hadoop, or other data/AI tools
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to conduct technology research and analysis
• Proficiency in defining and documenting solutions

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Completion of courses on programming, Cloud, Data Science, or AI through platforms like Udemy, Coursera, or edX is a plus.

Eligibility Requirements:

Candidates should have a strong academic record and be pursuing one of the following degrees:

• B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical engineering
